    I estimate it as the decoding of the document of the having many kinds to exist and, in addition to decoding, the analysis of unfiled non-decoding document (Old storehouse document of the Dr. Shinobu Orikuchi whom Kokugakuin University possesses) of Shinobu Orikuchi (Choku Shaku), analyze it and visualize these data with databases. I promote a study of the document study of the person who studies Japanese modern literaturewhich associated with Shinobu Orikuchi based on them and the work of the same period more. Of the around work document which a study is propelled in a Japanese modern literature study rapidly in existing now by such an action, and result appears, besides, become able to connect the development to the new reading of a depending work with the study of the generation idea of the Origuchi work by the draft study to dig it up.
    In addition, the database shows it and shall contribute to inflection of the field.

    A study of its value and the plan to which charm is handed down and practice are urgent business to the foreigner who visits Morioka to contemplate ILC invitation and 2020 year Tokyo Olympic Games and link history and a cultural asset to utilized local promotion by towns and villages in Iwate-ken and Morioka-shi which is a prefecture capital above all.
    I reduce the value of the history and the cultural asset which are a history of Japan and Morioka-shi globally in standard historical knowledge and knowledge the foreigner who visits has, not "to translate" a Japanese brochure of the existence, and it's crowded, and you have to explain and have them understand a cultural asset in an area from a base to hand the charm lined by history in an area and culture down to a foreigner different in a language and culture. This research develops the technique for it.
    It's necessary to study history in Morioka-shi and a large number of cultural assets in a target for the above problem solution. For the thing which many knowledge, time and effort are needed to be expected by that, Morioka-shi chooses the national history trace where the Agency for Cultural Affairs "Japanese legacy" is promoting authorization "Shiwa-jo mark" and a northeastern ancient history of a cultural asset concerned as a model case and works on a study about the current year.
    An investigation grasps the current state of the foreign language explanation of a cultural asset of the current state and cultural resources as its premise, and a problem is picked out by analyzing that.
